All individual records are entered in the main form: name, generation, gender, birth order, date of birth, place of birth, marriage date and place, death date and place, father and mother names, and special notes.

Father, mother, children, spouses/parent partners, and siblings are selected from the list of individuals. In this way, names are entered only one time for greater accuracy and speed of entry.
